Once both B2B ordering platforms were live in market, it became my mission to turn that momentum into growth. As Lead Designer, I created the concepts, prototypes, and pitch decks needed to showcase the platform as a fully white-label digital gifting solution.

I built a scalable design system informed by the Sobeys and Cineplex experiences and streamlined it so prototypes could be delivered in days, not weeks. Armed with high-impact storytelling, interactive demos, and a product that looked like it already belonged to them, UGO Solutions successfully pitched to major Canadian brands including Virgin, Canada Post, Toronto Blue Jays, Rogers, HBC, and Videotron — helping expand the platform’s footprint and fueling the next wave of enterprise onboarding.
